Udit Narayan
Udit Narayan Jha, popularly known as Udit Narayan is a playback singer in commercial Hindi-, Telugu-, Tamil-, Malayalam-, Kannada-, and Nepali-language cinema. He was born in a village called Bharadah in Saptari, Nepal.

Udit Narayan, is probably the most unique singers who had graced bollywood films for the last 20 years. The main reason of his success was that he did not imitate any legendary singer for getting entry in bollywood cinema.

Absolutely correct !!
He is one of the great singers bollywood has. And, even now his voice is so fresh.. His two songs in Tashan are really superb..
